i'm 28 male about 82-85kg and would love to give PM a go. but don't know where to start. is there a boiler plate "stack"?

for example, take this this and this for 5 weeks and then this for the next 5?

i have looked around the forums but cant find anything other than a lot of different programs, some boobs are impressive

I highly recommend NOT to start taking crazy doses, experienced members will ALWAYS advise starting slowly. I get the whole excitement of starting NBE and wanting Warp 7 results, this is a path one has to be sure it's something that you will invest the next 2-3 years (minimum) and longer depending on your goals.

Don't put your health at risk, a practical PM dosage usually starts at 500 to 1000 mg in the first couple of weeks and increasing 500 mg at a time.

Choosing an appropriate anti-androgen is crucial in reducing DHT (I don't recommend Saw palmetto, has anti-estrogen properties), here's a list:
