Lotus, thanks for the follow up. I may have to look into a different herb than SP then for myself. ilovefakenails, I would highly recommend you take advise from Lotus over me as they have had more experience than me as I'm only 2 and 1/2 weeks in so everyone will be different. On that note I will still check into your post as new ones are made and good luck on your adventure.
