I had that line develop under my boi bit, too, and others have also discussed this topic over ther years. Bryony comes to mind. I don't think it cause for concern.

I have always had a line under mine, ( I`m not quite sure if thats normal or not ) but it may be my imagination, but it now looks longer and wider. I was "fixed " a few years ago, I don't recall that line ever going through the scar, but now it is.
