I have lost a lot of mass in my upper body. My lareal muscles went first (who cares...goo thing), then my shoulders began to shrink. My fore arms became thinner. And now finally, my biceps are beginning to shrink.
But for me, this is 100% good. I am ecstatic about these changes. The only exercise I do, when I do it...tee hee...is to work my abdominal area and my butt. I carefully avoid anything that might strengthen upper body or arms.
As to night time and vulnerability, I have yet to feel fear. Perhaps I should, but I have never liked that word..."should"...lol. Then again, I have never read directions or followed the rules either. Probably get me killed one day...lol
