I am going to switch from Transfemme to Swanson's BO. Swanson's is 250MG per tablet. I've heard that Transfemme is 500 MB per tablet? Can anyone confirm that?
Right now, I'm taking the full 4 TF in the AM & PM... so I am guessing I would go to 8 Swanson's BO in the AM & PM?
