Thankyou Clara , Eva & Sammie, yes I am home and with my beloved sisters who I admire so very much.

I overlooked the Time Release you were referring to bypassed the Liver unlike the ones I am taking. That may explain the reduced pain behind nipples, just a hunch.

I will keep you informed as to my progress.

I am not going to hijack Sammie's thread but what I can say is that my wife refuses to acknowledge my GID and thinks I am moving the CD'ing goal posts. She flatly will not travel on the Transition road and not accompany me on any specialist appointments. As all you girls have said, " it can be a lonely journey" and from this angle that picture is showing clarity.

Oh, Heather, I do feel so much for you, particularly when my own situation seems to have clarified so wonderfully. My own DW says unambiguously that her alternatives are to leave me, which she will not contemplate, or to support me fully as we travel along this road in partnership. Your wife may see in the end that her alternatives are similarly stark. Her refusal to believe in your GID seems to be an emotional rearguard action against a problem she can't presently cope with, otherwise she would surely be at least arguing the issue or offering compromises rather than just giving orders. Being of devious mind, I'l see if I can think up any tactic that might be helpful, but it does seem to me that the present situation must evolve with time and your best course may be to continue to stand back a little as you have done and let time and providence do their work. I do so wish I could offer you some real comfort.
