I would say that you are progressing nicely. Those lumps are firm breast tissue, I'm not talking about the little grapes. It's the "knot" behind the nipple. They should be somewhat painful if bumped into.
I would say that the BB was working, you just didn't give it enough time, those "knots" are a surefire sign of breast development, permanent too.
The marbles may bet bigger, some claim to have had them get bigger than golf balls. As they grow some more, you can use progesterone to soften them up. Let'em grow a bit more, those marbles are your breasts.
