Well yesterday my nurse asks how the increase went and she just had to tempt me with an offer I couldn't refuse.... I told her it was definitely a bit better and she says well we can up it a little more if you want Well do you think a junkie like me could say no to that Hell NO, so we are now up to 8mg The thing is, I hope we get to "enough" soon though.... The nurse said my doc has approved up to 10mg weekly and thats it... Max dosage per endo society guidelines and all, that "SHOULD" be enough Id hope... BUT its possible it wont be considering all I was on before just to feel consistently good... If thats not enough I guess we could try EV at 20mg every two weeks then Id have to likely complain two weeks is too long and try to get to 10 days then weekly ect... It must be I have a very high E metabolism likely not helped at all by my smoking Yesterday was injection number 4 so Id think it should be somewhat stabilized though we have increased on the last two...

Even with the last increase while I did feel better it still probably isnt enough because I can still literally feel the spiro kick in... That would never happen on the old regime unless I was too low... Ive also still had to supplement a bit with the gel 3-4 days after the shot to really feel OK... 3mg twice daily and a 2mg EV pill between the cheek and gum at bedtime, makes me sleep a lot better... Without the extra I get night sweats... No additional E yesterday and it was a very restless sweaty sleep last night with my dysphoria as bad as ever

Oh well it should start to peak today and tomorrow anyway Hopefully its enough but I just know I will be at 10mg by next week and then hopefully it will stabilize higher after a while and be good

Then hopefully the doc wont freak out if my blood levels are "too high" when I get tested in the middle of October I will make sure they draw the blood right before my shot though if I can
