I'm wondering.. have you shave or waxed and noticed a slower hair growth rate? or are u waiting for the hair to fall off??
im kinda on the same boat as you.. I'm going to start taking Saw Palmetto soon, and am hoping for slower hair growth on my face & body..
but i think I'm going to use spear mint as well.. i want to get a body wash and lotion and use it every day. i had a spearmint soap, but i used it all.. i haven't noticed a difference in my body hair growth, but then again, i haven't shave in about 2 weeks lol
maybe including an aromatase booster w/ the spearmint might help
im gona do the spearmint, saw palmetto, and foods that inhibit DHT
along w/ foods that are aromatase boosters, and look into evening primrose or borage or another aromatase booster herb.
