Wow, almost 50 looks, but obviously no one has really budded to answer a simple question.

Hey there ia, I've got about a dozen threads with no response, I wouldn't sweat it, sad, it happens though, but hey!, I'll take a stab at the question.

I think the buds dissipate after a while, perhaps some generate more glandular vs. fatty tissue, or vice-versa lol. Regardless of which, I think it's important to add muscle to the breast for more support, e.g. build the outsides and upper poles and add volume.
