I guess I should add that I have set up an in person consultation with Dr Speigel in December near Christmas for facial feminization and rejuvenation surgery... The flight is booked 
He wants $150.00 for the consultation but he will apply that to the likely 50 K price tag for the surgery
it will be about $300.00 to fly out there and consult....
If I like him Im gonna try for a surgery date in late February/early March...
