I did read about your condition and how that may have effected your outcome. If anything were to happen it seems as though the nipples are the first thing one will notice as you mention. I will keep my eye's pealed.
You mention a routine, I see so many routines it is hard to know what to pick and how much to take of what? As I mentioned in my original post it also seems that, with saw palmetto for example, dosages are different. This could be due to liquid or powder form i suppose but I am not sure. I know it probably varies but a base probably needs to be there for most doesn't it?
