My BO experience wasn't good, 2 surgeries (eye, colonoscopy, oops tmi), major ear infection that went into my jaw (swelled up, golf ball size). I made it up to 10 caps. per day and couldn't do more, I tried.

That's just me though, and for that reason I won't recommend BO. Imo, I think we see people go on BO and then a few months later get off it for lack of results. In my case I tried BO cause I was greedy.

There are new NBE tools in the toolbox that we could see some dramatic changes, and the were in our backyard (NBE) the whole time lol.
