Yeah that stuff looks a lot like Aplomb, but I remember the woman selling it saying there was some sort of special Egyptian mud in it, too.

Ant egg oil: If you read some of the Q & A below, it says you have to get rid of the hair yourself first. Kinda back to square one at that point it!

Yeah, I think the idea is that the product will inhibit regrowth of the hair root.
Exact same product is on amazon (same oddly syntaxed product description).
My favorite review from Amazon (all the rest suggest it's bunk):
