So do you reckon I should start at 500mg or 1000mg? Seems most peoples mileage varies and some people apparently have more growth with lesser amounts.
I've also bought some a to z multivitamins, fish oil tablets and I've set out a liver detox and healthy lifestyle plan that includes fruit oats drinking lots of water etc. Sound good?
