Yes, dried out from low humidty seems to be the #1 cause....although I have never in my life experienced nosebleeds.
Whoa Lotus, do you mean only a few drops should be sub-lingual?
I was doing whole dropper fulls. DOh.
Anyway back to my normal routine with PM and Resihi...I'm going to 1/2 dropper with water on MOnday.
