I have been on PM for 16 months and I certainly would not recommend it, if you wish to maintain erectile function. It is the closest mimic of oestrogen and, as well as causing breast growth, it has powerful effects on one's mental state, as well as increasing the size of one's bum.
My interest in sex has all but disappeared, and I feel a calmness, I have never known in my life before. Erectile function is all but non existent, as is the ability to ejaculate. My age [61] may have amplified these effects.
As a transsexual, I embrace these changes and can no longer think of myself as any sort of man, but my experience should caution those seeking breasts, without any side effects, from using PM
