I too welcome you to this lovely forum and it's even more lovely participants. MyBoobs hit the nail on the head, "don't expect miracles" , yes it does take time to see some meaningful results, it may take months before you can actually see even a little progress. If you are young your body could be very receptive to the hormones and I have seen photo' s of some on this forum that actually blew my mind!
The general consensus of opinion is to take photo' s of yourself now so that you have comparison shots to refer to for the future. There are some members such as dear Clara who have been disciplined in this way and now have a great record to refer to. I wish I had taken a leaf out of her book
