Normally I'd say extracts would be better, but!!.....(lol).....I had to look further just to verify the validity. Needless to say, I found something interesting.

Bottom line is you can't underestimate a good quality tea. Btw, green tea is considered a pro-aromatase, and quite possibly one of the strongest performers at the receptor sites, who knew huh.
