Well, well! You are looking soooo nice, Eva. The changes are subtle (as I would expect having Dr. Spiegel as your surgeon), but very feminizing. Your forehead and brow lift look very nice (can you show us a profile shot?), and I love how he shortened your upper lip. The swelling in the jaw is hiding the improvements there, but, heck, you want to leave something for later, right?
