It occurs to me that I regularly eat 80% or better of the things on these lists, excepting carbs and soy.
Also, I recall reading here somewhere about how calcium boosts the body's ability to use PM or something to that effect... and here, I've been drinking raw, whole milk for years... which has good fats, too.
Seems a healthy diet just gets you where you want to go, no matter where that is.
