You do not give a clear picture of what motivates you. What were your very earliest memories, of introspective thought? If they were along the lines of, I am the wrong sex, you are probably transsexual; i.e. your brain is literally telling you that you are female,despite all the evidence to the contrary. The part of your brain, that tells you what gender you are, is, literally, female. This is a very real physical problem and the answer is sex change. Do not, as I and many others have done, hide from if, because it will never go away and hiding from it has the potential to ruin your life.
However, transsexualism is only one manifestation of transgenderism, much more common is transvestitism and allied conditions, where someone, who clearly knows he is male, wants to take on female attributes, as a form of obtaining pleasure/gratification.
These are huge issues to grapple with. I would first see if there are any support groups near you. I am lucky, to have one nearby, and to be accepted as you and to know you are not alone, through face to face contact with people, is a huge step forward. And you will a amazed how supportive and accepting true friends can be.
If you believe you are transsexual, google Professor Lyn Conway and try and get a copy of "Conundrum" by Jan Morris. You will, eventually need medical help, but if, for very understandable reasons, you want to move forward at your own pace, and feminise your mind and body, I would suggest PM, as a good starting point. If this is the case, please, please do not let anyone into your life, until you know exactly where you are going; to do so will only cause both of you great hurt. You are lucky to live in an age when the internet gives you copious amounts of information.
If you belong to the second group, you may desire boobs, but without losing male function. In that case trawl through the old forum, it is stuffed full of great information. The favoured approaches centre around fenugreek, fennel red clover and wild yam. Remember that, even a B cup, changes you for ever and you will no longer pass as a normal man, unless you are very overweight. If you get into a relationship, you will need to be upfront about all of this, if you are to avoid the probability of causing a lot of hurt and angst.
