Hey there Dfleurs, I found a couple Reishi supplements from iHerbs I would try myself. The third one is from Amazon called Barlowe's, I've haven't seen anything stronger in terms of Polysaccharides which @ 20% and Triterpenes @ 5%. Reishi is estrogenic at estrogen receptors. Lol, thanks, (wiki-wiki wink-wink) no I don't take PM anymore.

Oh you have tried those 3 before? Which one do you like the most? I know reishi is very popular and has a very long history in china as people use it for longevity of life. Never thought that it would benefit NBE program as well
