Hi,
My opinion, which may well be challenged, is as follows:
1) you aren't going to grow faster than the Tanner stages. It takes a real girl 3-4 years to develop so it will likely take you that long as well.
2) I think rather than spending money on all the other stuff, you would do better to buy extra PM capsules. 2000mg (2g) per day is the minimum a male needs to take. I take 4g/day most days, and here is what I'm like after 3.25 years link
34" under, 38" around.
Arguably the liquid extract is more effective (I have only used the capsules), but that might be more effective than weaker phytoestrogenic herbs.
3) synthetics are riskier than herbs. PM has been used in Thailand for hundreds of years as a traditional food for promoting health and longevity. Clinical papers exist that show that it protects against breast cancer. Conversely, synthetics come with the risk of blood clots and breast cancer.
