That was my program until yesterday and I am currently on a detox at the request of my Dr.

She wants a hormone panel in a week before sending me to an endocrinologist and requested no herbs beforehand. (She would actual prefer no herbs period, but I have not agreed to that yet. She is concerned that they may interfere with a prescription medicine I am on.)

So, it’s no herbs until the blood test.

I have only been on the program for about 6 weeks and I can’t help feeling it is a significant step backwards. I have been feeling pretty negative the last 24 hours.
