Five days into the detox and I think I shrank a little, maybe half an inch.
The main thing I have noticed is my lungs being crappy. While on the WP/FG I needed no meds for asthma. I had to use an inhaler today for the first time in a couple of months.
Nipple sensitivity has reduced a lot although I am keeping up the binaurals and that does seem to bring it back for a short period.
The discomfort in the testes is also gone, so I guess the T/DHT is ramping back up
4 more days to blood test and then I can start again.
I have found a shop in my area that sells herbal extracts including Peony (not sure if it is WP yet), and Fenugreek as well as lots of others. I am thinking of using an extract instead of caps.
Price by weight is a bit less than the powder capsules I have been taking (for 100ml of extract) and large quantities are pretty economical (converting to US$, it would be about 60 bucks for 500ml for 1:1 extracts).
Sadly they don't have PM. In this country PM has not been approved for sale for consumption. You can only buy it in creams.
