I wen to the herbal store yesterday and purchased my mixture.
3/4 WP Extract (1:1)
1/4 FG Extract (1:1)
I am planning to take 4mls in the evening and take the caps that I have left in the morning.
4mls is a lot to hold in the mouth for any length of time. Should I take it it in 2ml lots 5 mins apart or something? How long do people hold before swallowing?
