I can't do a sublingual dose of WP, the alcohol burn is too extreme for me lol (I'll add WP to 1/4 cup of water).
Elaine is hard-core,she does sublingual WP, check with her.
I think I am going to try holding it for a little bit and swallow when I have to. That way some will line the mouth and get directly absorbed.
