Lotus, again as usual thanks so much for the last 2 posts. I have the following question:

"Q-How long does a capsule take to dissolve?
A-Typically the average is up to 20 minutes, some sources have at 5-10 minutes while others say 20-30 minutes. Extracts 1 to 4 minutes."

Do you mean by dissolve, absorbed and digested? Thanks, POM
