Well, I have a sign hanging on the wall that says "the head of the household is the one with a tail." Since both of my kitties are female.....
In all seriousness though, I live alone so I don't have to be dominant or submissive to anyone. As a result, I didn't vote in this poll. If I did have a significant other, I would prefer both of us to be assertive to an extent. I don't like being bossed around nor would I want to be the boss in personal relationships. Maybe it's just me, but I get enough of leading/being led in my professional life. Why would I want to extend that to my personal life?
