Nooglers might disagree on this, but imo squishy boobs are the result of no muscle growth in breast tissue (from over noogling).The muscle building that's going on from breast exercise supports the breast, otherwise you get hangers, no offense meant to anyone please.

Nutrition is something we do daily, why not add some new breast techniques to go along with that daily nutrition.
