I strongly suggest not taking powder with water. I did that at first, and it worked for awhile, but now just tasting/smelling the powder makes my stomach turn.
I had to buy a capsule machine to convert the powder into gel caps.
If you go that route wear gloves and a mask when you make your pills. The PM powder gets in the air and some absorbs through your skin.
You won't really save money(at least not at first, because the machines costs money along with empty gel caps) making your own capsules, and i can't make a batch of 24 in less than about 20-30 minutes(I'm getting quicker though).
The ainterol powder is only good for about 6 months after you open it, so multiple smaller jars are preferable.
