Is pm bitter? Sour? Sickly sweet? God forbid, rancid?

My advice is don't put it in a shake or yogurt, I've tried before.
The PM taste just comes right through no matter how you try to hide it.

The ainterol powder is kind of bitter tasting.

At first it seems okay, but you'll quickly get to a point where you dread taking it as soon as you smell it.

My investment in a capsule making machine( It's called The Capsule Machine, 00 size) and gel caps was necessary in order to keep taking the powder.
