I wanted to start this now and kind of log my journey as others have before me.
I have a lot of medical issues so I am very cautious and trying to take things slowly.
For over a year now I have been taking light doses of PM 500 - 1000 mg, mainly for the health benefits it provides.
I started getting small budding but not much else.
My chest and ribs are oddly shaped. My ribs are wide at the bottom and narrow at the top.
I had measurements that look like this.
Bottom of ribs 40
under bust 36
over bust 36
Breast 36
I point out how wide my rib cage is at the bottom because it kinds shows how skinny I look above them
About a month ago I decided I wanted to are make them grow. I pushed my PM dose to 2500 mg and added PM extract rub with massage.
The growth was faster then I had anticipated it would be. But i should have kind of known better since I come from a family of well endowed ladies.
My measurements after 4 weeks is now
under bust 36
over bust 37
bust 38
Measurements where with out a bra and snug around my breasts so they may not be right and because of how my chest is shaped its hardly noticeable other than the slight breast crease that's starting to form.
I have lowered the dose of PM to 1500 MG because I don't want to grow too fast or too large.
The one thing that bugs me a little is how big the buds have gotten.
This is all new to me but they seem over sized compared to what I have read. They are about as big around as a silver dollar.
