Yea, first time I did that I was like.... OOhhhhh boy..... NO wonder my girl friends (literal friends that where girls) would bitch up a storm when they accidently bumped them when we where growing up.

I don't have any bruising at all and while my nipples are tender sometimes, its very tolerable. Well I say that but truth is I have lots of nerve issues from the Multiple Sclerosis so I may be getting a pass on some of it. Not really sure since I feel most things on my torso its mostly my limbs that have issues.
