I knew i had (around) 20 pounds of extra weight on my torso,and hips (with 185-190 as my ideal weight for my height.) I started a soy diet , and began the exercises i talked about. ( If your already willowy there wont be anything to work with.) If your very thin id advise putting on some weight, (as long as its medically healthy for you) . If you try this, you'll be giving your heart plenty of exercise,, believe me, but first chow down enough to get some weight around your middle,, like i said you cant sculpt material that ain't there. Also, what are your waist and hip measurements?
