Interesting comment, spanky. I know about 3 people who used pure, unrefined, high quality coconut oil as part of their cholesterol /health management program. I actually gobble the stuff (I love it in the solid state!) and I am doing great. I got another 54 oz jar, recently. I wonder if it could be the other oil or the types of those specific oils.
