Hi all,
This daily check list may be useful to all and feel free expand,
Its based on an eyes wide open approach and making sure my PM doses are not to high and getting carried off with pinkfog
Each day I evaluate and check following
scaled out of 10 with 10 highest level
Daily Log and my answers today
Pm doses , 6 capsule spread
Others, no
Synthetics, no
Do I want to be a woman ?, no
Porn accessing, um ok you got me, a little
Porn fantasy , on and off subdued compared to last week, massively
Male side, strong 9 today
Sexual keeness, hot , running at 9 wife not safe
Morning wood, 6-7 ish
Female side, umm, 1-2
Work mode level, high inbetween the porn, 9
Researching tg, pm issues, high 8
Attitude to down below, yes love it , 9
Playing with breasts, 10, constant pain in the arse trying to get work done
Desire for breasts , solid 5 , getting on with it
