I keep reading that you need suppress the DHT and that testosterone is turned into estrogen. I read that if you have low testosterone it would be harder to grow breats. I get the suppress DHT, but I do not understand the testosterone into estrogen.

Can someone explain this process to make it clearer? Maybe I just read it wrong.

You have got to go through Lotus's program thread. He is great at figuring this stuff out.. Much better to read than to have someone spoon it to you. You will keep the info and understand things far better than just following someone's suggestions.
