Mega dose gives you a jump start, but soon you saturate all of you E receptors and flood you digestive system. Do you liver and other vital functions a favor. Cut the dosage down...... Way down.

1 type of Estrogen
1 type of Progesterone
supporting vitamins and either AA or preferably an aromatase.

you have a very complicated and duplicative program. That is probably why you stalled out.
