If pm can be connected to the fuzzy brain syndrome, I would expect it to be because of a withdrawal of pm and not an increase.
It's probably too early to make an accurate determination, but these symptoms sound more like depression than anything related to NBE herbs. Apathy and an inability to focus are problems I usually struggle with when I'm depressed.
