I think trying to make male pregnancies a reality is a bit premature considering science hasn't yet resolved numerous problems with female pregnancies such as infertility, birth defects, miscarriages, and stillborn births to name a few. For the most part, women are already born with the birthing equipment and systems needed to nurture a fetus into a baby. Trying to improve and make use of nature's work I think is monumentally easier than trying to start over at square one. Consider the advancement of travel.
