Pinocchia said it well when he called gynecomastia a "gift". So on this Thanksgiving Day I am particularly grateful for my gynecomastic breasts, a generous gift of Mother Nature, a continual source of joy and delight. Because I love my own breasts so much I feel the greatest bond of sympathy for those of you here who are growing breasts by various means of intervention. I wish you continuing success.
