I read through some legal papers on the web filed by the FDA and it seems like their other issues with Iowa Select Herbs was that they had no written procedures or system in place for testing the raw materials they purchased or their finished product. How do you really know what concentration of herbal extracts you are supplying if you don't test anything ever? Also they didn't label what part of the plant some of the extracts were made from (root vs. leaf, ect.)
