Don't want to stray too far off the theme of the forum, but I have been looking into the causes of poor health long before I discovered NBE and it is a truly fascinating subject. SCARY! but fascinating. Wendy is right, so much is caused by the corrupted diet foisted upon us and the wilful contamination of our environment. Unfortunately even the "healthy" option is getting nobled nowadays. Still a better option than the junk though.
One interesting little thought. How often have we heard the complaint that food just doesn't have the flavour it used to? Well, it's true. But have you ever wondered exactly what it is that gives food it's flavour? Yup, the trace elements and nutrients! The stuff we actually need but is so often missing nowadays.
It is also hard to ignore how often the contaminants in our food, water, air (and everything else) seems to screw up our endocrine system. The ailments are many and varied and at first look seem unrelated, but soooooo often at the root of it will be something messed up with our endocrine. Which of course is also what we are poking around with when we try NBE. Know I tend to over play the "take care" card a bit on here, but I do have good reasons for doing so.
We will have to compare blood test results. You show me yours and I will show you mine ;-)
