General wisdom is that in the first few months it is mostly fat distribution under the influence of oestrogen. So if you want to keep what you have that will mean staying on low dose oestrogen.
A word of caution though. You cannot control where the growth will come (not much anyway). If you are getting concerned about the progress you have made, perhaps this is a good time to take stock of how you feel about what you are doing? Not trying to be negative, but re-sculpting your body is an ongoing process and taking a breather every so often to make sure you get it right, and it is right for you is a wise thing to do.
