So I've only gone and pulled the trigger... 
I guess I never really intended to not to start taking PM again once I had my mind set on it. I just had to get it off my chest (no pun intended).
I decided to try out the PM from Oxford Vitality since it it quite cheap and local in the UK. Supposedly it is a 10:1 extract 2500mg equivalent which sounds strong to me, so I'll only be taking 1 a day.
I found another manufacturer (Vitacio) with 5000mg equivalent pure extract capsules. I think that is probably too strong!
