Hey everyone,
I am currently at stage 3 development, as detailed by Lotus's post describes. I
have conical type breasts with puffy nipples 1.5 inches wide. Please help, I am desperate to know which herbal supplement to take next to boost me along. According to many searches (not herer), progesterone is the main hormone for breast tissue growth, and I'm sure that's what I need, so any info on supplements to increase P would be great! I've heard about FG and Fennel, but they increase prolactin, (which can cause eye troubles in high amounts!!) so probably better for the ladies that one! Also heard about DQ, WY and Black Cohosh. Any advice at all would be great! Thank you!
