PROGRAM UPDATE!: (This will be my Personal Program thread)
OK so I have eliminated the FG and Fennel, still keeping on the FSO and SP. I did try a cup of Fennel tea 2 nights ago, and didnt notice anything. That night I also did the deer massage 300 times (both), work out for the hands eh? Hope I dont get RSI!
This morning I examined myself and my right breast is definitely bigger/rounder!!!, Its sticking out about 1cm more than the lefty!! I notice it cos the nipple is more forward now, instead of pointing outwards, like lefty
I know its normal to get uneven breast growth, but I guess its cos my right hand is stronger, and lefty isnt?
What was your experiences, how long till they catch up?
Today I'm starting spearmint tea, 2 cups a day 9 AM + 9 PM, I think the anti-ands will help some. It's actually got chamomile, lemongrass, blackberry leaves and linden(?) in it too, sp/cham are %35. Hope 2 cups 12 hrs apart will be OK, too much spearmint can cause kidney/liver problems!! I will try this for at least 2-3 weeks, and see how things grow If not, I want to try either PC or PM next, any suggestions? Thanks!!
