Hi all! I have been reading the boards here for awhile and I am so confused...
Where is the best place to purchase PM? I found some locally in a compound by Solgar but the amount seems so small. I know it is from an extract and that makes a difference, but does anyone know how to compare apples to oranges, so to speak? Is it safe to enlarge the recommended dosage of the Solgar PM?
